Flexospeed WR: High Moisture Resistance Water-Based Ink
General Description
Flexospeed WR is a water-based flexographic ink specifically formulated to offer high resistance to water and wet rub. It is designed for printing on corrugated cardboard and Kraft paper, and is optimized to deliver peak performance in machines with rotary die-cutters.

Operational Advantages
- Maximum durability in wet conditions: It stands out for its great and excellent resistance to wet rub, while also offering good general resistance to water and water vapor.
- High productivity: It features a very fast drying time, making it ideal for agile production environments without the risk of offsetting.
- Premium finish: It provides intense and bright colors with a good level of gloss, while maintaining good stability in the ink fountain.

Logistics and Handling
- Supply: Available in 10 and 20-liter pails, and 500 and 1000-liter IBC containers.
- Storage: Store at a temperature between 12 and 35°C, avoiding exposure to sudden temperature changes. Its shelf life is 1 year from manufacturing under normal storage conditions. It is unstable in freeze/thaw processes.
- Handling: Once the container is opened, it must be hermetically sealed again in case the remainder is reused to avoid the evaporation of the alkalizing agents responsible for keeping the ink stable. (Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet).
