Hidroplast: Water-Based Ink for Plastic Films
General Description
Hidroplast is a water-based flexographic ink specifically developed for printing on plastic films. Its formulation is designed to be applied on previously treated polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) film, ensuring an intense and bright finish.

Operational Advantages
- Superior visual quality: Provides intense and bright colors with a good overall gloss level. In addition, all pigments used are of an organic nature (with the exception of titanium dioxide).
- Production efficiency: It stands out for its fast drying and for maintaining good stability in the ink fountain, facilitating continuous and efficient runs.
- Packaging resistance: Prints offer good resistance to rub, water, and wet rub, with lightfastness ranging from good to very good depending on the color.

Logistics and Handling
- Supply: Available in 10 and 20-liter pails, and 500 and 1000-liter IBC containers.
- Storage: Store at a temperature between 10 and 30°C, without exposure to sudden temperature changes. Shelf life is one year from manufacturing under normal storage conditions.
- Handling: Once the container is opened, it must be hermetically sealed again to prevent the evaporation of the alkalizing agents responsible for keeping the ink stable. (Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet).
